Our Process
Deluxe Finish guarantees our innovative process to ensure that your garage floor will have a style and sophistication that lasts for years. In just 1 day, your garage floor can be transformed into a showroom finish your friends and neighbors will wish they had in their homes.
Step 1.
We prepare all concrete floors with the same method. New or old concrete, we use machines to grind the surface creating the perfect condition for our products to bond with. We will then fill and repair any cracks or holes that might be in your floor.
Step 2.
If a logo is being installed, we would do so at this point.
Step 3.
We begin our 5 layer coating process by applying the colored primer/base coat.
Step 4.
A second coat is applied, followed by the decorative vinyl chip coverage.
Step 5.
We then apply two layers of the protective topcoat.
Your floor can withstand light foot traffic in as little as 1 to 2 hours. In 2 to 4 hours after the final coat application, the surface is completely cured and can be returned to normal service.
